This beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is updated with comfortable furnishings, new smart TVs, and much more! With 1300 square feet of living space, this condo features an open, airy living room, dining room, and kitchen that is great for entertaining. The living and dining area overlooks the beautiful outdoor pools, water slide, and lazy river.

There are great views of the Bay and Perdido Pass from the large spacious balcony. The color palette of the condo consists of blue, green, light grey, and soft white, making for a soothing and relaxing environment.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed and a large private on-suite bath. The master bath has dual vanity, jetted tub, and separate shower.
The guest bedroom features a comfortable queen size bed and a private bath. In addition, the guest bathroom has been remodeled with a bathtub shower combination.
Additional sleeping space is available in the Living room as the sofa folds out into a queen size bed.

To add to the functionality of this condo, there is a walk-in laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.

There are many excellent amenities here at Phoenix On The Bay. Beautiful pools, a large lazy river, tennis courts, hot tubs, BBQ grills, and a marina with a boat launch, to name a few. The amenities and surrounding grounds are just breathtaking!
