Broadmoor’s location is exceptional! Five minute walk on the beach to the Flora-Bama! It’s not too far from the pass, so there are plenty of restaurants in both directions. The hosts were always super responsive and easy to get in touch with. The condo is roomy and not overly crowded with furniture while still having plenty of places for everyone to sit down and sleep. There are 3 true bedrooms with en suite bathrooms in each. The starter kit of toilet paper/paper towel towels and what not was nice to get started, but you definitely will need to bring your own extras. I feel like the towels are a worn & scratchy & need to be replaced. I think the pillows need to be replaced as well, they have definitely seen better days, most of them were yellow, and I wouldn’t want to use them. I always bring my own pillow anyway, so this was not an issue for me.. There were plenty of clean bed linens. The view is spectacular in both directions. I would stay here again.

Absolutely 10/10 stay! From the balcony views to the beds and the location it was all so perfect! Current Tides had the best staff they were so accommodating and helpful the entire stay! We ran into a flat tire issue that delayed us leaving and they were so nice and allowed us to stay a little longer until we could fix it. I will be recommending them to everyone and we will be staying with them when we return this summer! Thank you for everything!!
