We really enjoyed our stay at the Airbnb condo. It was beautiful and exactly as pictured. Our only issue was with the check-in and security experience. The lobby was closed upon arrival, and since we had a door code and prepaid parking with our license plate registered, we didn’t realize we needed to check in. We didn’t go to the lobby until checkout day. On our last day, my teenagers wanted to enjoy the weather for a couple more hours before we left, so they went down to the pool area. At that point, they were approached by a security staff member and asked about bracelets. The lobby staff provided them. However, shortly after, security followed one of my children to the car and questioned him about a parking pass we were never issued. He then followed him back inside, continuing to question him. The interaction felt excessive and uncomfortable, and I had to step in. Given our stay cost $1,800, it felt like unnecessary profiled scrutiny. Clearer communication would help avoid this.

Very nice condo with a great terrace and view of the Gulf. Inside of condo looked just like the photos. Convenient to restaurants. Good communication with the owners/management company. Would definitely stay here again.

I rarely leave reviews, but this stay was extremely disappointing and needs to be addressed. Upon arrival, there was no internet service, and we were asked to stop our plans to wait on a technician. This left us with no TV access and no data on our phones. We even had to leave the property just to get the access code to re-enter due to the lack of service and Wi-Fi. The cleanliness and overall condition of the home were unacceptable. There were roaches on the second floor, and the amount of bugs around the property was overwhelming. The outdoor area could not be enjoyed because the TV outside was not working. Basic household essentials were not provided. There was no extra tissue, no broom, and no mop. We were told these items would be brought to us, but they never were. For a four-day stay, only two dishwashing pods were provided along with a very small amount of dish liquid—barely enough for one use. There were no proper cleaning supplies available at all.
