This gorgeous, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom Gulf front condo is conveniently located in the heart of Orange Beach, AL., within walking distance of several restaurants, shops, and coffee shops.

The condo is beautifully decorated with soothing beach colors and has comfortable furnishings. You will find flat-screen smart TVs in all the bedrooms and a large 65-inch wall-mounted smart TV living room. It is also equipped with free Wi-Fi and an upgraded cable package.

There are 3 bedrooms in this unit, which provide plenty of space for 10 guests! All bedrooms are spacious and have very comfortable mattresses. The Master bedroom has a king bed with a private bathroom that features a walk-in shower, a large jetted tub, and dual vanity. This bedroom also overlooks the beautiful Gulf and has a walk-out to the balcony. The other two bedrooms each have 2 queen size beds in them, and both have an attached bathroom.

The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and beautiful latte-colored cabinets. The kitchen has everything that is needed for preparing and cooking meals while on vacation. A wet bar is also equipped with a large ice maker and more counter and cabinet space if needed.

The living room features floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors overlooking the Gulf and a large beachfront balcony. The balcony has a large outdoor dining table and a couple of glider rockers. You will love our beautiful "Alabama sunset" views!

There are wonderful amenities for you to enjoy: a heated indoor, an outdoor pool, a Gulf front lazy river, a waterslide, a tennis court, a pickle ball, a gym, hot tubs, and outdoor BBQ grills near the pool.
