This comfortable corner condo is ready for unforgettable beachfront vacations and stunning sunsets views. This 11th-floor condo has 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, and a 295-square-foot private balcony. The condo sleeps up to 13 guests and has tile throughout. The 11th level is also accessible to the 10th-floor rooftop tennis courts!

Unit 1101 is a premium unit with many luxurious features: The Living area and Master Bedroom have floor-to-ceiling windows and access to Gulf front balcony. The living room has very comfortable seating, including two large sofas, two swivel armchairs, and a large flatscreen TV.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, white wood cabinetry, white marbled granite countertops, and a breakfast bar that seats four. You will have all you need to cook and enjoy a meal with your family while on vacation. The dining area has a long table with seating for 6-8 and a nearby wet bar with an ice maker and extra cabinet space.

The Gulf-front master bedroom features a King-size bed, flatscreen TV, and direct balcony access. There is also a large master bath that has an extended two-sink vanity, tub, and a separate tiled walk-in shower.

The second bedroom has a king-size bed with a Jack n' Jill bathroom with a tub/shower combo that connects to the third bedroom.

The third bedroom has 2 Queen size beds.
Both bedrooms 2 and 3 have floor-to-ceiling windows with gorgeous beach views!

The fourth bedroom has a full-size bunk bed with a single pullout trundle underneath. This bedroom has a full en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower that connects to the hallway. A full-size washing machine and dryer are also in the hallway across from the bathroom.

Enjoy breathtaking views from the spacious balcony with 4 balcony-height chairs and a table, in addition to two Adirondack chairs. You might even see the dolphins play in the Gulf from your unit!

Phoenix Orange Beach features a Gulf-front, zero-entry outdoor pool, a corkscrew waterslide, a heated zero-entry indoor pool, hot tubs, a fitness center, an outdoor grilling area, and a meeting room. The tennis court atop the tenth-level parking deck has views of the scenic Little Lagoon. Free Wi-Fi is available in the lobby of the building as well.

This is an excellent location with grocery stores, restaurants, drug stores, retail stores, ice cream shops, and Starbucks right across the street, within perfect walking distance. You don't even have to get in your car!

The upscale decor and comfortable furniture will make you feel at home and not want to leave! All rooms have a 50" TV with one Xbox provided in the bunk room. This is the perfect vacation place for families of all ages!
