Welcome to this GREAT 3 bedroom, 2 bath, corner condo at the beautiful Phoenix East in Orange Beach, Alabama!

This unit is on the 5th floor on the east side of the building. Being on the corner of the building not only means you have more balcony space but also more of those stunning views!! This condo is very inviting, with great views of the pool, white sandy beaches, the Gulf, and the Pass! It features 3 spacious bedrooms and an open living room and dining area.

The kitchen, living, and dining areas face the Gulf and give you spectacular views! The balcony is assessable through the living room and wraps around the outside of the condo. This spacious and relaxing area provides the perfect spot to have coffee in the morning or a cold beverage in the evening. The sunrise from the balcony is breathtaking and does not disappoint! You may even get to see the dolphins swim by!

The condo sleeps up to 10 guests, and the sleeping arrangements are as follows:
A master suite with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a stand-alone shower.
Guest room #1: has 2 queen size beds.
Guest room #2: has 1 queen size bed.
There is also a queen size sofa sleeper in the living area for 2 additional guests if needed. You will also find a second, full bathroom in the hallway that is a shower/tub combo. This bath is perfect for sharing with guests, and the tub is great for children.

Outdoor Amenities include a large outdoor and indoor pool and a kids' splash pad next to a shaded pergola. There is a grilling space with a covered area to sit and eat outside and community hot tubs. You will find an indoor racquetball court, a lighted tennis court, and a basketball court for your enjoyment!

Last but certainly not least is our wonderful beach! There is beach access only a few steps away from the outdoor pool! You are guaranteed to have a good time while staying here, and if you decide to go out and have some fun, you are very close to several local shops, restaurants, and fun activities for the entire family!
