Welcome to Pelican Pointe 602!

This unit is a very bright and colorful unit and is an excellent place for a fun-filled vacation at the beach! Located in the heart of Orange Beach, it's within walking distance of several shops, grocery stores, and restaurants.

The condo features an open-concept kitchen, living, and dining area with excellent views of the beach from the living room and master bedroom. There is a large flat-screen TV in the living room with cable, as well as TVs in bedrooms for your enjoyment, and free WiFi. You will also find that the kitchen is stocked with cookware, dinnerware, and all essentials that you might need while on vacation.

There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The Master is located on the south side of the unit with balcony access that connects to the shared balcony from the living room. These views of the Gulf are truly breathtaking! The Master bedroom features a king-size bed and has its own private, full-size bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

The other two guest bedrooms include one room with a queen bed and the other has two twin beds. The other full bath is located just outside of the guest rooms in the hallway. Should you need an extra bed, you will find extra sleeping arrangements on the sofa sleeper in the living for two extra guests.

Resort Amenities include both an Indoor and Outdoor pool, Kiddie Pool, Gym, Community Hot Tub, Tennis courts, and great views!!!!

Guest must be at least 25 years of age to book.

Parking Passes are not included in fees. Must be purchased from the security guard upon arrival. There is a limit of two passes per unit.
