Del Mar 5 is located on West Beach in Gulf Shores, AL. It is a low-density group of 5 large homes directly across the street from the beautiful white sandy beach! This is an excellent spot for multiple families or groups that want to be together but need more than one home. A crosswalk is next to the homes, making for a safe crossing for you and your group and steps away from the water!
ALL ABOUT THE HOUSE
This is a large open-concept family room, kitchen, and dining area with cheery beach decor. There are 4 spacious bedrooms with walk-out balconies from each and a sleeping loft with bunks, which is perfect for kids! You will also find 3 large bathrooms throughout the home. This house will sleep up to 16 guests! This property is pet friendly and; allows 2 dogs less than 35 lbs in weight for each.
Other things included in this home are a full-size washing machine and dryer, free Wifi, Smart TVs in the living area, and TVs in bedrooms. This home also has two spacious balconies with great views!
