Welcome to this lovely and spacious condo at Broadmoor in Orange Beach, AL. This property is on the 7th floor and has spectacular views of the Gulf's white sands and emerald waters!
We are sure you will enjoy this unit's open concept and find it very roomy and comfortable. The kitchen is nicely stocked with all that you need while on vacation; it looks into the dining and living room and is an excellent space for the family to gather and enjoy each other's company. In addition, there is a walk-out balcony from the living that is Gulf front where you can sit and enjoy a meal while watching a beautiful sunrise or sunset!
This condo has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with sleeping arrangements for up to 10 guests.
The master bedroom faces the beach and has an entrance to the shared balcony. It features a king-size bed and a spacious private bathroom. In addition, there is a charming reading nook in the corner of the room that is very cozy and a nice place to sit and relax. In the master, you will also find a Murphy-style twin bunk bed that folds up and is a perfect sleeping spot for the kiddos.
There are two additional guest bedrooms on the north end of the unit. Both guest bedrooms have a queen size bed, and each their own bathroom. If needed, you will find extra sleeping space in the living room on the sofa sleeper.
Some great features of this unit include an open-concept living and dining area, granite countertops, comfortable furnishings, WiFi, TVs in all bedrooms with a smart TV in the living room, and a full-size Washing machine and Dryer in the unit.
