Starting on October 1, 2024, this project is expected to continue through December, with the possibility of extending into January 2025, depending on weather conditions. The work includes resurfacing balcony decks and replacing railings, which will make balconies inaccessible. During this period, the kiddie pool will be closed. Please be aware that there will be times of loud noise, especially when work is being done on the balconies.

Welcome to Windward Pointe 202!

Current Tides Vacation Rentals is excited to share this beautiful condo with you! It is beautifully decorated with comfort in mind, so you can truly relax away from home. It is decorated with a lovely, fresh coastal vibe in hues of cream and light, airy blues!

The unit features 3 bedrooms and 2 full-size bathrooms. All of the bedrooms have a single king-size bed and TVs. The master bedroom has a private on-suite bath and a door leading straight to the shared balcony. This balcony is cozy and has fantastic views overlooking the pool and beach. There is also a queen size sofa sleeper in the living area for added sleeping accommodations.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all you need while on vacation and has plenty of space for cooking and preparing meals. The dining area is an open concept and overlooks the living area. You will find beautiful décor, comfortable furniture, large screen TV, and a stunning gulf-front view in the living room!

As mentioned about the balcony, you will love your time out here! It is a large space that is great for relaxing, listening to the waves, and watching the beautiful sunrise or sunset with coffee or a glass of wine. Being on the second floor, you have great views and feel like you are on the water. You might even get to see the dolphins play!

This condo has several great amenities: a BBQ area, Indoor and Outdoor pools, a community hot tub, a sauna, and a great Kiddie pool your kids will love! You will also find a tennis and basketball court (which includes a place for shuffleboard).
