The spacious Living Room welcomes you with two comfortable sofas, one of which is a Queen Sleeper, perfect for relaxing after a day of seaside adventures. A Large Flat-Screen HD TV and a DVD player are ready to entertain, and sliding glass doors open onto our Beachfront Balcony, creating a seamless connection between the indoor and outdoor beauty.

The Dining Room, with seating for 6, and a breakfast bar with additional seating for 3, sets the stage for shared meals and delightful conversations. The large, fully stocked Kitchen boasts new Stainless appliances and Granite countertops, ensuring a perfect setting for culinary endeavors.

The Master Bedroom, a serene sanctuary, also features sliding glass doors opening onto the balcony with Gulf views. A comfortable King-Size Bed, large dresser, and a Flat-Screen HD TV with DVD player create a haven of relaxation. The Master Bedroom also provides a spacious walk-in closet and Private Bath.

The first Guest Bedroom echoes the luxury with a comfortable King-Size Bed, a Large Flat-Screen HD TV, and a DVD player. The second Guest Bedroom, a haven for the younger ones, features two sets of Bunk Beds with twin-size mattresses, accommodating an additional 4 people. This room also boasts a Large Flat-Screen HD TV and a DVD player.

The Balcony, your private outdoor oasis, offers a table with seating for 4, ideal for sipping your first cup of morning coffee or enjoying a cocktail in the evening after a sun soaked day at the beach. A Lounge Chair on the Balcony beckons for further relaxation and unwinding.

Inside our Luxury Condo, a dedicated Laundry Room with a full-size washer and dryer ensures convenience throughout your stay.

The complex itself is outfitted with spectacular amenities, including a Large Outdoor Pool, an Indoor Pool, a Hot Tub, a Fitness Room, a Sauna, a Meeting room, a Racquetball Court, grills, and high-speed WiFi. For even more convenience, you'll find a pathway from the Outdoor Pool to Private Beach Access - no need to cross the street.

Parking passes, a small but essential detail, must be purchased by guests upon arrival. Please note that parking passes are currently $60 per pass per stay, but price is subject to change. There is a limit of 2 passes per unit.
