The Dining Room, with its own Gulf view, features a Table and 6 Chairs, creating a picturesque backdrop for shared meals overlooking the azure waters. Both the Living and Dining Rooms seamlessly open to the Gulf Front Balcony, outfitted with 2 Loungers and a Table with chairs. Bask in the breathtaking views while sipping your morning coffee or unwinding after a day of coastal bliss.

In the fully stocked Kitchen, culinary enthusiasts and those seeking a quick lunch alike will find everything they need. A Breakfast Nook with seating for 5 and a separate Wet Bar with an Ice Maker for refreshing your coolers add to the charm.

The Master Bedroom boasts a Comfortable King Bed with a Private Bath and a Walk-in Closet. Enjoy a well-appointed space with a Dresser, Large TV, and DVD. A shelf unit at the entrance offers a selection of books for our cherished guests. The Master Bath is a sanctuary with a Double Sink Vanity, Jacuzzi Tub, and a Separate Glass Enclosed Shower.

The first Guest Bedroom features a Comfortable King Bed and its own Private Bath, complete with a Large TV and DVD for added comfort. The second Guest Bedroom offers 2 comfortable Queen Beds and a Private Bath, accompanied by a Large TV and DVD.

A Hall Bath with a Glass Enclosed Shower and a Full-Size Washer and Dryer add convenience to your stay.

The complex itself is a haven of unparalleled amenities, including Free WiFi throughout, an Outdoor Pool, River Pool, Pool Slide, Splash Pad, Hot Tubs, Indoor Heated Pool, Fitness Room, Tennis Courts, and Grills. For your added convenience, the Fitness Room and two Hot Tubs are located on the same floor as our condo.
