Current Tides Vacation Rentals welcomes you to Phoenix VI Unit 6013, and we look forward to sharing this condo at the beach with you and your family!

This beach-level condo has beautiful views of the dunes, lovely grounds, and a beautiful beachfront pool. The condo is newly updated and will sleep 8 guests. This unit is tastefully decorated in pale blues and a soft grey palette. It has also been updated with granite, new stainless steel appliances (arriving soon), beautiful contemporary living room furniture, comfortable furnishings, and a full-size washer and dryer.

This unique condo is on the beach level, which means you can walk right out of your patio doors and head to the beach or pool. If you enjoy grilling, then look no more. The BBQ grills are a short walk from your patio.

Being on the beach level makes for a delightful vacation because you are only steps away from all the great amenities like indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, a fitness room, a sauna, and, most importantly, a beautiful beach!

Other features of our condo include Gulf/beachfront primary bedroom with a king bed and a private bath. The 1st Guest bedroom features a king-size bed connected to the hall bath, and the 2nd Guest bedroom also features a king-size bed. All bedrooms have new smart, flat-screen TVs, and a new 65-inch flat-screen smart TV in the living area.

We made sure to leave you with a well-stocked kitchen for preparing meals in the condo. The patio is also perfect for dining outdoors or enjoying coffee each morning.

Please note that parking is not included in our rates. They are to be purchased at the onsite Front Desk for $55 (rates subject to change) each. A max of 2 passes may be purchased.

**Please be advised that the Phoenix VI will be completing an update to their elevators. This construction will begin August 12th, 2024 through March 10th, 2025.
