Welcome to Grand Beach Resort 207!
This charming and cozy condo is perfect for a small family or a couple wanting to enjoy a much-needed getaway at the beach!
This condo is decorated in beautiful, cheery beach colors, making for a fun environment to enjoy your time at the beach. This unit is located across the street from the Gulf. However, you can still enjoy the views of the beach and the beautiful white dunes from your balcony.
The living and dining area has a very cozy feel, with the dining table seating four and additional seating for three at the kitchen bar.
The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dinnerware, and all other necessities for preparing and enjoying meals and snacks in your condo!
Sleeping arrangements for this unit include a spacious master bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed and a set of built-in twin bunk beds in the hallway. A pocket door will close off the hallway bunks from the living room, allowing little ones to sleep while the adults cozy up to a movie on the large wall-mounted flat-screen TV in the living area. Additional sleeping accommodations include a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room.
The condo has one full bathroom, a washing machine, and a dryer.
Grand Beach Resort is a great place to relax and enjoy that precious time with your family. There is a lovely outdoor pool, hot tub, BBQ grills, and lounge chairs around the pool for sunbathing. There is also a beautiful covered area with comfortable seating for those who enjoy being by the pool but need a break from the sun.

Parking for up to 2 vehicles is included in your reservation total. Your parking passes will be placed on the kitchen counter for easy access when you arrive.
** Please be aware that starting September 3rd, 2024 there will be construction at Grand Beach to replace the stairs. This project is expected to take approximately 4-6 weeks.
