This spacious condo is perfect for large families, offering a welcoming living room with plenty of seating to enjoy the large flat-screen HD TV or gaze at the stunning views of the Beautiful Beach and Gulf of Mexico. The living room opens onto a generously sized balcony, providing panoramic vistas of the White Sandy Beaches and Blue Green Waters of the Gulf.

On the balcony, you'll find a high table with seating for 6 and 1 lounger, the perfect spot for your morning coffee while you watch the Dolphins play and Deep-Sea fishing boats heading out for their daily catch. In the afternoon, relax and unwind as you watch the fishing boats return to shore.

The dining room comfortably seats 8, and there's additional seating for 4 at the breakfast bar. The fully stocked Stainless Steel and Granite kitchen was newly renovated in 2023 with new vanities and bar area. It is a haven for gourmet cooks, and there's a wet bar with a wine cooler for your convenience.

The Primary Bedroom, with access to the spacious balcony, features a comfortable King Bed with a brand new mattress added in 2024. The room also features a Flat Screen TV and a DVD player. There's a walk-in closet and a vanity area with two sinks. The private primary Bath includes a jetted tub and a separate glass-enclosed shower.

The 1st Guest Bedroom boasts a King Bed, a Flat Screen HD TV, and a private bathroom. The 2nd Guest Bedroom is equipped with Twin Beds which had new mattresses added this year. This room includes a Flat Screen TV, a DVD player, and a bathroom accessible both from the bedroom and the hallway for drop-in guests. The 3rd Guest Bedroom, with a King-size bed, offers a private bath and a private balcony, making it a perfect second master. This room also features a Flat Screen TV with DVD.

For your convenience, there's a full-size washer and dryer in the separate laundry room.

The complex offers an array of amenities, including a large beautifully landscaped outdoor pool, an indoor pool, a fitness room, a sauna, BBQ grills, and of course, WiFi throughout the complex.

Our condo is conveniently located near numerous restaurants, grocery stores, drug stores, and shopping, ensuring you have everything you need at your fingertips.

Please note that there is an association rule requiring a minimum 7-day rental from Saturday to Saturday. Additionally, the HOA plans to close the outdoor pool for repairs on the building/balcony railings starting the day after Labor Day 2024, with the outdoor pool expected to reopen on February 28, 2025.
