Starting on October 28, 2024, this project is expected to continue through mid-March 2025, depending on weather conditions. The work includes resurfacing balcony decks and replacing railings, which will make balconies inaccessible. During this period, the outdoor pool will be closed however, the indoor pool and beach boardwalk will remain open. Please be aware that there will be times of loud noise, especially when work is being done on the balconies.
