  • Connect to Listing Channels: Your property will be connected to and rentable on multiple listing channels, including VRBO, Airbnb, currenttides.net, Marriott Homes & Villas, and Home2Go, maximizing visibility.
  • Photography and Staging: While the initial listing may require the use of existing photos, a photographer on retainer will be scheduled within seven days for a full photo shoot. One of our full-time team members will stage the property to ensure it is photo-ready.
  • Set Competitive Rates: Current Tides partners with a rate analyst who utilizes high-tech, real-time applications that track prices for comparable properties and ensuring competitive rates based on booking trends and market conditions.
  • Go Live: The listing is built and live within four days of making the switch to Current Tides, ready to attract guests.
  • Marketing and Social Media: Your property will be promoted through social media posts and guest emails, reaching hundreds of new leads each week.
