Here at Current Tides we want to create a great vacation experience for our guests, as well as show that we genuinely care for those that we do business with. Being a smaller business, building a relationship with each of our Guests and Owners is something that we strive to do. We will develop & implement a management plan that is specific to each client’s specific needs.
We are dedicated to:

- Assisting clients invest in vacation property.
- Marketing real estate for sale.
- Assisting you in purchasing a primary residence or investment home or condominium.
- Providing management services for short-tern vacation or long-tern residential properties.
Regina and Eric have been managing and owning vacation rentals in Gulf Shores & Orange Beach, since 2003 with very good success. They have also owned several single-family homes and multi-family apartment complexes in several states since 2009. Property Management and Real Estate are their true passion. With them being Owners themselves, they truly understand the needs of the Owner and the vacation experience that guests visiting the Gulf Shores & Orange Beach area are desiring.
Ryan and Shari moved to the area over 6 years ago and not only loved the beautiful landscape, but instantly fell in love with the charm and small town feel that the area had to offer. Ryan has many years of Real Estate experience and now brokerage, and has exceptional knowledge on beach properties and Vacation Rentals. Shari has several years of guest service experiences, especially in the Vacation Rental area. Guest services and hospitality are very important to her and she strives for each guest to have a memorable experience. Together, Ryan and Shari wanted a company where they could build relationships with their Clients and Guests and stand apart from other rental companies.
Amy has an extensive background in many aspects of property management and business management. She also has 26 years of accounting experience and holds an MBA. As a rental property owner and active investor, she understands the importance of customer service, tenant relations and financial accuracy. Her bilingual husband, Juan, is also a great resource for maintenance with his previous experience as a hotel maintenance engineer.
