Welcome to Turquoise Place Unit C2608!

The condo offers an inviting open-concept living room, dining area, and kitchen. The kitchen is spacious, features high-end appliances and cookware, and is fully stocked for all your needs, making for a great place to cook a family meal, host a small dinner party, or prepare a quick snack for a sunny day at the beach!

The living room's large 10-foot, floor-to-ceiling glass windows give you a fantastic view while you sit and enjoy beautiful new comfortable living room furnishings. A 75-inch flat-screen smart TV also hangs over the fireplace for you to enjoy.

There are three large bedrooms in this unit. All bedrooms feature brand-new large flat-screen TVs. The master bedroom faces the gulf with great views of the beautiful, white sandy beaches and emerald green water. There is a sliding door attached to the master bedroom that will lead straight out to the shared balcony. It also has a very comfortable king-sized bed, an on-suite master bath with double vanity, a large walk-in shower, and a separate jetted tub. You will also find two twin-size rollaway cots in the master closet to use as needed.

There are two large guest bedrooms down the hallway. Both guest bedrooms have full-size private bathrooms in each. The 1st guest bedroom features two full-size beds, and the 2nd bedroom features a king-size bed. In addition to the three full-size bathrooms, a ½ bathroom off the main hallway is perfect for visiting guests.

Turquoise Place has many resort amenities, including swimming pools, lazy rivers, hot tubs, and playgrounds. In addition, a well-equipped gym and tennis courts are on the 4th floor for guests wanting to work out. There is also a snack bar by the pool with covered seating, a snow cone shack, and a life-size game that kids love!

The gorgeous beach is just a short walk down the boardwalk from the pool area. There are so many wonderful things about this fantastic resort condo and the Orange Beach area that we hope you will enjoy!

THINGS TO KNOW:

Guest must be at least 25 years of age to book.

** THE POOL IN BUILDING C WILL BE CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. **
*Construction has started on a new parking and amenity deck. There may be evident construction noise during your stay*

* Parking and Prohibited Vehicles:

- Limited spaces are available for oversized vehicles. The only overflow parking option for this is to park at the Island Church lot on Canal Road, almost 3 miles away.
- RVs, trailers, buses, etc., are NOT permitted even at the Island Church lot. Sprinter vans with RV hookups are also classified as Rvs and not permitted.
- For anyone bringing more than 2 vehicles: Overflow space in the parking garage is available on a first-come, first-served basis based on daily availability and rate. Please check with the onsite Front Desk for more information.

Arrival Times

- Check-in begins at 3 PM. Please do not inquire about early check-in onsite. Instead, call us to check on this, as it may be available for a small fee.
- Guests are not permitted to use the facilities and amenities before their condo is ready for liability reasons.

Hot Tubs and Daily Service

- The Aquatics team will be coming to service the tubs DAILY. They must perform these services, so please grant them entry to the condo. However, you do not have to be in the unit for them to perform services.

"Change of Pace" - the onsite bar and grill is now selling breakfast beginning at 8:00 AM. Guests will now be able to enjoy breakfast options onsite.
