The kitchen overlooks the dining area and living area. The living room is extra grand with 10-foot floor to ceiling glass windows a 75inch, flat screen, smart TV that hangs over the fireplace and beautiful new comfortable living room furnishings. There are three large bedrooms in this unit. All bedrooms feature brand new large flat screen TVs. The master bedroom faces the gulf with great views of the beautiful white sandy beaches and emerald green water. There is a sliding door attached to the master that will lead straight out to the balcony. The master has a very comfortable king-sized bed with an on-suite master bath that has a double vanity, large walk-in shower and separate jetted tub. There are 2 large guest bedrooms down the hallway. Both guest bedrooms have an adjoining full-size bathroom. The 1st guest bedroom features 2 full size beds and the 2nd bedroom features a queen size bed. There are also 2 twin size rollaway beds that are stored in the bedroom closets. In addtional to the three full size bathrooms there is a ½ bathroom off the main hallway, perfect for guest that maybe visiting. Turquoise Place is a great place with many resort amenities including swimming pools, lazy river, hot tubs, and even a playground. For guests who may want to work-out, there is a well-equipped gym and tennis courts. The gorgeous, soft, white, sandy beach is just a short walk down the board walk.
