Welcome to Seaside Beach and Racquet 2203!
This is a two-bedroom, two-bath condo that is nicely updated. The condo has an open-concept kitchen, dining area, and living room. The kitchen has cookware, dishes, and all essentials needed while on vacation. Just off the living room is a spacious balcony to enjoy your morning coffee and fresh ocean breeze.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a private bathroom. The guest bedroom is spacious and also features a king-sized bed. If needed, there is additional sleeping space in the living area on the queen-size sofa sleeper. You will also find the second guest bathroom off the living area near the guest room.
The condo is equipped with free Wifi, cable TVs in the living room and both bedrooms and a stackable washer and dryer in the unit for your use.
Condo Amenities include Indoor and outdoor pools, a sauna, tennis courts, shuffleboard, a fitness room, and a BBQ area with picnic tables close to the outdoor pool.
Seaside Beach and Racquet Club is located in the heart of Orange Beach, Alabama, close to many nearby shopping, restaurants, and fun activities for the entire family!
Parking Passes are not included. However, two passes may be purchased at the guard shack upon arrival. The cost is $50 each (price subject to change). Buses, RVs, and trailers are strictly prohibited on the property.
