Welcome to Seaside Beach and Racquet 1210!

This is a beautiful and cozy two-bedroom, two-bath condo right in the heart of Orange Beach, AL. The condo has an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessities needed while on vacation!

Just off the living room is a spacious balcony to enjoy your morning coffee and a fresh ocean breeze. While there is not a full view of the beach, there is an angled view of the Gulf from the balcony, where you can enjoy the pretty emerald water. There are also views of the state park and Perdido Beach Blvd.

Sleeping Arrangements:
The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo, and access to the balcony!
The guest bedroom is spacious and features a queen size bed.
There is additional sleeping space in the living area for two extra guests on the queen-size sofa sleeper.
You will find a second guest bathroom off the living area near the guest room with a tub/shower combo.

The condo is equipped with free Wifi, cable TVs in the living room and both bedrooms and a stackable washer and dryer.

Condo Amenities include Indoor and outdoor pools, a sauna, tennis courts, shuffleboard, a fitness room, and a BBQ area with picnic tables close to the outdoor pool.

Seaside Beach and Racquet Club is in the heart of Orange Beach, Alabama. You will not have to venture far to find nearby shopping, restaurants, and fun activities for the entire family!

Parking Passes are not included. However, two passes may be purchased at the guard shack upon arrival. The cost is $50 each (price subject to change). Buses, RVs, and trailers are strictly prohibited on the property.
