Our condo is on the 11th floor with elevators nearby and convenient to our front door. The unit is decorated in lovely pale shades of blues and grays, and the entire condo has recently undergone a fantastic transformation, leaving nothing untouched. There is new flooring, freshly painted walls, beautiful crown molding, granite countertops, and all-new furnishings throughout the unit!

The condo is very comfortable and can sleep up to 8 people. There are two Queen-sized beds in the guest room, one king bed in the master bedroom, and a sofa sleeper in the living room for additional sleeping arrangements if needed.

The Gulf-front balcony offers fantastic views and can be accessed from the living area and master bedroom. It's a beautiful and enjoyable place to have your morning coffee while watching the sunrise and, hopefully, catching a glimpse of the dolphins playing. You can also enjoy great views of the beautiful "Alabama sunsets" while having dinner or sipping a cool beverage. The view is stunning and is a favorite among all our guests!

Phoenix VII is an excellent condominium on the Gulf Coast with beautiful views of the Perdido Pass and the Gulf. There are many wonderful amenities for your enjoyment as well, including pools, tennis courts, racquetball courts, and hot tubs, just to name a few. A trip here promises a delightful vacation for both family and friends!
