Welcome to Phoenix Orange Beach II, unit 1203!

We are delighted to share this brand-new condo with you, your family, and your friends! This is the perfect condo for your vacation at the beach to relax and make memories.

Our condo is the perfect mix of comfort and luxury, and in it, you will find two large bedrooms, three full-size bathrooms, a large open family room, a kitchen, a dining area, and a laundry room in the first bathroom closest to the kitchen. The kitchen is also well-equipped for all your cooking needs!

The unit is decked out with high-end furnishings that are soothing and very coastal chic, with colors of light blue throughout. There are large flat-screen TVs, comfortable beds, and furniture. The large dining table will seat 8, with additional seating of 4 at the kitchen bar.

Sleeping arrangements are as follows:
Master bedroom has a king-size bed, a private bathroom, a walk-in shower, and a separate jetted tub.
The guest bedroom has two queen size beds with a private bath and tub/shower combo.
The living room has a pull-out queen-size Murphy bed and a sofa sleeper, making this unit roomy enough for up to 10 people! There is a third bathroom off of the hallway that is very spacious and includes a walk-in shower, as well as a full-size washer and dryer.

Let's not forget about the spacious Gulf front balcony! It is furnished with an outdoor dining table and a glider rocker. This is a perfect spot to sit and watch the sunrise or sunset. You might even get a chance to see the dolphins from the balcony!

The building is beautiful, with great amenities for everyone in the family! There is a heated indoor pool, lazy river, water slide, splash pad, and a large outdoor pool deck for sunbathing! In addition, a large fitness center with fantastic beach views and a tennis court makes for an enjoyable workout.
