This condo is located in Phoenix Orange Beach Condominium, in the heart of Orange Beach, Alabama. You will love the location of this unit as it is a short walk to several restaurants, shops, and coffee shops!

The condo has been professionally decorated with beautiful coastal colors in hues of blue and cream. It is furnished with upscale, comfortable furnishings, including large, smart TVs in all bedrooms and living room, high-speed WIFI, and Satellite TV.

The owner has put much thought into the details of this wonderful condo, and It is sure to provide you with a great place to unwind and relax. When you enter the condo, you will be pleased with how spacious this unit is. The tile floors are beautiful with the look of wood and extend thru-out the entire unit, and as you proceed into the kitchen and living area, you will love the floor-to-ceiling glass windows and doors that overlook the balcony, beach, and amazing emerald green water of the Gulf.

The open and airy kitchen and family room make for a perfect gathering place with friends and family. The large dining table and kitchen bar provide enough seats for all staying in this unit.

There are 3 large bedrooms in this unit. The master bedroom faces the Gulf with stunning views of the beautiful white, sandy beaches and a sliding door leading straight to the balcony. The master has a very comfortable King-sized bed with an on-suite master bath that features a double vanity, a large walk-in shower, and a separate jetted tub.

There are 2 large guest bedrooms down the hallway. Both guest bedrooms have an adjoining full-size bathroom and are furnished with two Queen-sized beds. If you need an extra place for someone to lay their head, we have a comfortable sofa sleeper in the living room.

Phoenix Orange Beach is an excellent place to vacation with many resort amenities, including a heated indoor pool, outdoor pool, lazy river, water slide, hot tubs, and BBQ grills by the pool area. There is a well-equipped gym, tennis court, and pickleball for guests wanting to work out. And when you head down to the beach, the soft, white sand is just a short walk down the boardwalk!
