Welcome to Phoenix East 702!

Current Tides Vacation Rentals is pleased to share this adorable beachfront condo with you! You will love the feel of this unit as it is decorated in pretty, soft shades of teal and white with relaxing beach decor!

The kitchen is updated with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops and has both a Keurig and a regular coffee pot. Guests can enjoy dining at the kitchen table overlooking the Gulf or grab a seat at the kitchen bar!

The living area is very comfortable and has great views of the Gulf with floor-to-ceiling windows! The balcony, which is straight off of the living area, has stunning views of our Emerald Coast. You will love watching the beautiful "Alabama Sunsets" in the evening! If you decide to stay in and relax, there are flat-screen TVs in both the living area and master bedroom, along with free WiFi.

The unit features sleeping spaces for up to 6 people. The master bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed, and there is a built-in bunk bed in the hallway, which is perfect for the kiddos. For additional sleeping arrangements, there is a queen-size sofa sleeper in the living area!

This unit is also equipped with a washing machine and dryer that is located at the end of the hallway by the living room.

Other great amenities in this building include both an indoor and outdoor pool, community hot tubs, a splash pad, a tennis court, and an outdoor BBQ area near the pool.

Orange Beach is such a wonderful place to vacation, and we hope to help you find your perfect little place on the beach!

*Please note that parking passes are not included in the reservation total. Passes are to be purchased at the onsite Front Desk. The current rate is $55 (rate subject to change) per vehicle/per stay.

We would absolutely stay in this property again. Our unit was nicely decorated, very clean and updated with everything you would need for an extended stay at the beach. The balcony view is the icing on the cake.
