You will absolutely love this fantastic Penthouse condo on the 15th floor of Phoenix 1 in Orange Beach, AL. Not only are the views from the balcony breathtaking, but it's also just as beautiful on the inside and is the perfect place for family and friends looking to have a nice, relaxing vacation at the beach!

Phoenix I 1154 is a very spacious condo that is newly remodeled and updated and is decorated in coastal chic décor making for luxurious accommodations.

The kitchen has beautiful granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, custom cabinets, and new appliances. It opens up to the dining and living room area, which has a large table for all guests to sit comfortably, and then onto the living room, where you will find a comfortable sectional sofa, two oversized armchairs, and a large wall-mounted flat-screen TV. This unit also has upgraded cable and free WIFI.

The sleeping accommodations are great! There is a very spacious and beautiful beachfront master bedroom with king size bed and a large on-suite bathroom. There are also three large and lovely guest bedrooms so that your family can sleep and rest well at the beach.

The rest of the sleeping arrangements include:
Guest bedroom #1 has two queen beds, a full bathroom, and a large walk-in shower.
Guest bedroom #2 has one queen bed and a jack n' jill bathroom that connects to Guest Bedroom #3.
Guest Bedroom #3 has a queen bed as well.
You will also find a half bathroom along the hallway.
Outdoor amenities are a large outdoor pool, splash pad, tennis and basketball courts, shuffleboard area, a community hot tub, BBQ area, and let's not forget the boardwalk right next to the pool that takes you to the white sandy beach!
