Welcome to Perdido Sun, Unit 506! We are so happy to share this beautiful condo on the beach with you! This lovely condo is newly updated in coastal comfort style. It is located on the 5th floor and has amazing, up close views of the white sandy beach and emerald waters of the Gulf! This condo is thoughtfully decorated with comfort and relaxation in mind.

This beautiful, one bedroom and 1 ½ bathrooms is ideal for a couple or a family of four. The kitchen opens up into the living area, making for an inviting place to prepare meals. There is a dining table that seats 4 with additional seating for 2 at the kitchen bar. The living room features comfortable furnishings and a large flat screen TV. There are floor-to-ceiling glass doors in the living area that offer amazing views - even from the kitchen! The sliding doors open onto a beach front balcony with outdoor seating that is perfect for meals or a delicious beverage.

The master bedroom features a large, comfortable king size bed with premium bed linen and an on-suite bathroom. There is additional sleeping in the living area where the sofa makes out into a queen size bed! In addition to the master bath, there is also a half bath for guests in the hallway. There are both indoor and outdoor pools that are right next to each other and have impeccable views of the water, as it is only a few yards away! The views of the water from the indoor pool will make you feel like you are right on the edge of the Gulf, you will not be disappointed!
