Each of the 3 bedrooms have their own private bathroom, ensuring plenty of space and privacy for your family or guests. The primary bedroom features a king size bed, walk in closet and a 40' smart TV. The ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower with a separate garden tub for soaking. The two guest bedrooms each feature one queen size bed, a 32" smart TV and the guests ensuite bathrooms are complete with a shower/tub combo.

For golf enthusiasts, you’re in for a treat with the 27-hole championship course and an upscale clubhouse. Browse the pro shop, or enjoy a delicious lunch with a chef-crafted menu, all while surrounded by picturesque views of the tranquil lake and perfectly manicured fairways.

Tennis and pickleball players will stay on their game with 8 Rubico tennis courts and four hard pickleball courts. Courts are offered to guests at $8 per day when available.

For an additional resort fee guests also have access to two pools: an outdoor garden pool overlooking the golf course, with poolside lunch service, and an indoor heated pool for year-round enjoyment. Guest must check in at the tennis shop before using the pools to pay pool fees. They will give you a copy of their pool hours.
Children 13 years – Adults: $8 per day
Children 3-12 years: $4 per day
Weekly family rate (parents + their children): $100
* Swimming after 5:00 pm will require checking in at the tennis shop before 5:00 pm.

For beach lovers, the private Cabana Beach on the bay is a serene haven nestled within the Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge, offering nature trails and a peaceful retreat. This refuge is recognized as one of the 10 natural wonders of Alabama!

Parking:
Two vehicles are allowed per condo. Be sure to stop at the guard house to collect your parking pass.

This unit is currently listed for sale and may have real estate showings during your stay. If it sells before your arrival, we will do our best to relocate you to another unit to avoid disrupting your plans.
