The condo is a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom property that is spacious, beautiful, and very comfortable. It has a large open kitchen and living room for family and friends to gather and enjoy. The patio off the living room and master bedroom overlooks the beautiful golf course and lake. The patio is a lovely spot for those who enjoy bird watching, sipping on that first cup of coffee in the morning, or enjoying an excellent nightcap!

The facility usage fees are paid directly by guests at the clubhouse or pro shops. Facility usage fees are subject to change without notice by The Peninsula HOA and Management. Current Tides Vacation Rentals is not responsible for facility fees or modifications made to the costs.

Indoor and Outdoor Pools: Renters must check in at the tennis shop before using the pools to pay pool fees.
(You can get a copy of the pool and tennis court hours at the tennis shop.** Swimming after 5:00 pm requires checking in at the tennis shop before 5:00 pm).

Tennis and Pickleball: Renters must check in at the tennis shop before going to the tennis or pickleball courts to pay court fees.

Parking:
Two vehicles are allowed per condo. Be sure to stop at the guard house to collect your parking pass.

This is a smoke-free unit, and smoking is allowed in designated areas only throughout the Peninsula Community.
