Unit 1401 at Mustique was perfect! We were very impressed with the location, the cleanliness, and the comfort of the condo. However, we were most impressed with the view! The kitchen was very well stocked and the hostess was very responsive - prompt and polite.

The place is gorgeous and the kitchen has nearly any accessory you might want for food preparation! We had a great time, despite the chilly weather. Beach access is really easy!

First time for our great grandson to be with us on family vacation. Love the location away from all the busy activities but close to restaurants & shopping. Plenty of room for 8 adults & 1 infant. Only issue was pool could be cleaned and the outside entrance area needed cleaning around elevators.

Wonderful views all around you that pictures can't truly capture. Well stocked kitchen accessories. Plenty of space for 8 people. Beach was not busy and easy walk. Nice fishing pier on lagoon, with water approx 3.5 feet deep at end of pier so don't expect big fish from this area. One negative was that wifi in 1401 kept losing connection and was not that reliable, but don't let that stop you from this splendid condo.

We have stayed at Mustique many times and stayed both Spring and Fall. It has never been a disappointment. We’ve never stayed in the same unit twice, but each one has been beautiful and equipped with most everything you need for your stay. The balcony’s are spacious and private. We love that it’s quite and less crowded than other areas close by. The private beach access and beach reflect that.

My family and I stayed here in 2021. We had such a wonderful time that we decided to return. The property had sold since that time. They had done a refresh of the place. Once again we truly loved the place, it’s location and views. The only negative if I had to find one would be that the new furniture is not quite as comfortable for just relaxing or playing games as a family. The living room furniture is beautiful and the glass topped dining table is also very pretty. Just not geared towards this sort of time as a family. We had an amazing time!

Older property but it had been updated as best one can. It is a little noisy compared to other condos weve stayed at...for the price, it was a good deal. Overall. Satisfied with the value.

This is our 3rd spring break in Gulf Shores. We usually stay next door but decided to stay at Castaways this year. We had a first floor condo so we utilized the stairs. Condo was well furnished! Every thing we needed for our stay. I was very surprised the refrigerator had an ice maker! Great addition! My only complaint was there parking lot. The spaces are too narrow. Luckily it’s a small complex and we made it work. Will definitely consider this for next year.

The condo was very spacious for our family of 7. The balcony is center of the building and private. Kitchen was well stocked with all cook ware and utensils. Furniture is high quality, comfortable. Washer/ dryer worked great. There were beach chairs, boogie boards and even a small cooler in the laundry available for beach use. A drawback for some might be construction next door however small kids loved it and overall it really wasn’t that noisy. The covered parking is great when you can get it.

This is the fourth time I’ve stayed at this property. It is hands-down awesome the people you work with on the rental are easy to communicate with and always give 100% to make everything right. Walk out the elevator over the ramp and you’re on the ocean, no crossing streets no worrying about traffic it’s just a walk across a bridge and you’re there. You can sit on the balcony each evening and watch the sunset and get up in the morning and drink coffee and watch the sunrise. Highly recommend.

I don’t think the trip could have been any better!! The photos definitely don’t do the condo justice. It was more than expected, very clean & not overly crowded. Easy parking, lovely pool, gorgeous ocean & beach. We sipped our coffee on the roomy balcony each morning & sometimes got to see dolphins in the ocean! The evenings were cool & we got to watch the waves glow in the moonlight. We had a wonderful time & will definitely return!

Clean, lots of room, up to date, wifi not good. Would have liked an umbrella and updated chairs for the beach and more than just 3 chairs. There were 4 adults. Close to downtown entertainment and restaurants.

The staff at Current Tides Vacation Rentals was excellent. Mae was especially helpful as we needed an extra parking space and as we checked in. Our weather was early spring chilly and a little rainy but it was still a pleasure to spend our week together in this condo that was great for 6 adults.

Loved waking up to the view from the Balcony. Got to see dolphins even one morning. Great location to food and activities. Fit our group of 6 pretty well. The building is an older building. No gym, heated pool was broke so freezing for our time of the year, love they have a beach toy/item area you can borrow for the day. Are there things that can be improved yes... No potholders, lack of skillets, shower head. Did we have a great family time making memories yes. Loved location to the elevators made for easy in and out. Think they just need to stay a week themselves and see some small details that could be improved, but for the fall season it was affordable and a great getaway.

The unit was updated and clean. Great location!!! Being on the first floor was very convenient. We had the pool right below us and the ocean right in front of us. Older building and parking was tight but we had no issues. We would definitely come back!

It was a wonderful place for a large family vacation. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms were large and clean. The kitchen was great for cooking and entertaining a large family.
